Editorial policy
Bright Garden Guide aims to make garden design and plant choices easier to understand. We write with care, distinguish general guidance from matters that depend on a specific place, and make our editorial and commercial relationships clear.
Accuracy and clarity
We check factual statements against suitable information before publication and use precise language where garden terms can be confused. When an article depends on climate, soil, site conditions or regional practices, we say so rather than presenting one approach as universal.
Independence and partnerships
Editorial decisions remain separate from commercial arrangements. Any paid, sponsored or partner material is labelled plainly where it appears, so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial coverage. A partnership does not guarantee a favourable mention.
Corrections and illustrations
If we find a meaningful error, we correct it and make the change clear where appropriate. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; when they are, we identify them as AI-generated. Illustrations are visual aids and should not be treated as exact botanical identification.
